Bigly

What does bigly mean?

Greatly

Bigly is a term used to describe something or someone in a huge or very large manner, much like the "yuge" term. It was made famous by Donald Trump in the September 26, 2016 U.S. presidential debate.

While the majority of people watching the debate heard Trump say "bigly," they actually misheard him. The transcript recorded that he said "big league" when describing how he will cut taxes and Hillary Clinton will raise taxes.

Also, many people believe that Trump made up the "bigly" word as a Trumpism. However, bigly is a real word meaning "in a big manner" or "with great scope."
