What does eavestweeting mean?

Eavesdropping on Twitter conversations

A slang term that refers to reading Twitter conversations that you aren't a part of; same as the Tweavesdropping term; can make some users mad but if it's posted on Twitter it's fair game.

Example

Mike was eavestweeting on our conversation, he knows about the surprise party
I knew I shouldn't have included #coolestsurprisepartyever, what was I thinking!
