Nintendo DS

Gamers use the acronym NDS to refer to the Nintendo DS. This handheld gaming console was released in 2004, as the successor to the Game Boy Advance (GBA). Notably, the NDS included two screens, one of which was a touchscreen that players could interact with.

Featuring popular games such as Chrono Trigger, Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, and New Super Mario Bros., the NDS cemented its place in Nintendo's console lineup and gamers' hearts.
