Savage

What does savage mean?

Viciously cool

When something or someone is "savage," it is "extremely good" or "viciously cool." Although the formal definition of savage normally means "wild" or "untamed," the slang term plays off this definition to describe something cool in a BA sort of way.

Savage is similar to the sick and beast terms that began as negative terms but have been flipped to describe something as cool or good. People commonly pair savage with the AF acronym to accentuate the coolness of something or someone. For example, a skater may describe a trick as "savage af."
