Someone who is unkeyboardinated is having a difficult time navigating and using a PC keyboard. This person may not know how to type properly, or they may just be having a bad (and error-prone) day at their keyboard.
For example, if your co-worker sends you an email riddled with spelling errz, you could razz them for being unkeyboardinated. Just be careful that you don't hit a sore spot - some PC users are self-conscious about their lack of typing ability.
