When you want to know if someone likes you in a text message or a message online, you can send them DYLM. However, be careful when using DYLM since it may also stand for "do you love me?"

DYLM is a tricky acronym that may be translated several different ways since you can romantically "like" a person or platonically "like" a person. Also, DYLM is somewhat obscure, so if the recipient is not slang-savvy, they could become perplexed.
