When someone says they're OOH, it means they're "out of here." People often use this acronym when they're leaving (or want to leave) a conversation and/or place.
For example, if a co-worker you've been having a Slack conversation with is leaving for the day, they may send you "I'm OOH, talk to you tomorrow." Or, if your SO is having a bad time at a party you're both attending, they may stealthily text you "Let's get OOH," to prompt you to start heading toward the door.
