Spoopy is an adjective that describes something that is spooky but also funny at the same time. It is often used when a person doesn't know how to react to an uneasy situation.

The term originally comes from a misspelling of "spooky" on a halloween sign. A picture of the sign was posted on Tumblr and eventually went viral.
