What does time-poor mean?

Busy with little free time

A term used to convey how busy you are and that you have very little free time; plays off of the concept of being poor when you don't have money, so you are therefore time-poor when you don't have time.

Example

I wish I could join you, I've been so time-poor these last couple of weeks because my boss is crazy and makes us work late
