Tower Diving

What does tower diving mean?

Attacking an opposing player under his tower

Tower diving is a MOBA gaming term used in League of Legends (LOL) and Defense of the Ancients (DOTA). The term refers to when a player goes into enemy territory in order to attack an opponent under his tower.

Tower diving is dangerous because it involves going into enemy territory where the likelihood of dying increases. However, it can be very rewarding if it is successful. You will gain an edge over them and they will most likely play more passively knowing they can be killed under their own tower.
