A term used in baseball to describe a hitter's sweet spot.

A hitter's wheelhouse is his best chance at hitting the ball the farthest that he can. It's the position that he can make the best contact so pitchers try to pitch around the wheelhouse.

"The curve ball ended up right in Trout's wheelhouse which resulted in a HR."
