Whoja vu is a variation of déjà vu that is used to express the feeling you have met someone before even though you just met him for the first time. It is often proclaimed after noticing an odd familiarity with a new acquaintance.

The "who" replaces the "dé" in "déjà" because the expression centers around the question of who a person is. Many people experience whoja vu when they meet someone who is a doppelgänger for a celebrity.
