Crushing is a term for when you are obsessed with someone or something. It comes from the same idea of when you really like a guy or girl but it is used as a verb instead of a noun.

Crushing on someone or something may manifest itself in a variety of ways, such as binging a show or movies with a certain actor, eating a lot of a specific candy, or watching countless interviews of a famous person. You are so infatuated with that person or thing that they become your crush, which leads to the crushing term.
