Be on that
On some rare occasions, BOT might be short for "be on that." A gamer might tell you they'll BOT when you ask them to do something, or they might tell you they'll BOT when a new game or service is released.
However, most gamers understand "bot" to mean either automated player characters or the bottom lane in League of Legends (LOL) and other MOBA-style games. Also, most non-gamers use the BOT acronym to mean "back on topic." So, you'll rarely see BOT used to mean "be on that."

Bot is an abbreviation used in League of Legends (LOL) , Defense of the Ancients (DOTA), and other MOBA games. It refers to the bottom lane, which, along with the top and middle lanes, can be "pushed" against your enemies to gain map control, and ultimately, victory.
The LoL and DotA maps consist of a top, mid, and bottom lane with a jungle area in between the top-mid lanes and mid-bottom lanes. The champions that play in the jungle area are called junglers.
